Nouveau Riche
The Nouveau Riche University is a vocational school that specializes in real estate investing. The university has a wide list of class topics which range from basic introductory real estate investing to the best and advanced techniques of real estate investing. Some of their techniques include short sales, multi-units and wholesaling and a few examples of these titles are Creative Financing and Fix & Flip. The Nouveau Riche collage has taught more than thousands of students classes at different locations from around United States. Nouveau Riche University currently offers around 36 classes with three tuition packages which range from nearly $6000 to $16000 and these tuition packages include 15-volume Residential Real Estate Encyclopedia.
This Nouveau Riche University had been established in November 2002 by Jim Piccolo and Jim Piccolo in New Zealand and Australia and during the same year the corporate headquarters had been set up in Scottsdale city of Arizona. The name was actually changed to current Nouveau Riche University in the year 2005 after being reviewed by ACE under the management of Bob Snyder and Jim Piccolo. The university has great plans to build a huge campus on their recently purchased 24 acres site in North of Phoenix by the year 2008 which will include administrative buildings and luxury dorms connected tot eh man made river.
